PubLove is a collection of proudly run pubs across London with a twist – we’ve got hostels upstairs. We’re all about creating vibrant, loved, local pubs, powered by passionate teams and a strong sense of community. Our hostels give us our edge – full of energy, international spirit and always a good story to tell.
We’re on the lookout for Assistant Managers who love pubs, live hospitality, and believe in running sites that feel genuinely welcoming for everyone.

As a PubLove AM, you’ll lead the show at one of our seven unique sites. Each one is different, but all share the same beating heart – good beer, great food, buzzing atmosphere, and brilliant people.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running a profitable, guest-loved pub and hostel
• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment
• Driving food & drink sales and operational excellence
• Keeping the hostel side of things running smoothly
• Playing your part in the wider PubLove leadership team
