Support the strategic development and delivery of Qiddiya Motorsport assets across Motorsport Events, IP partnerships and Operator Appointment
Support the development of feasibility studies, business cases and financial assessments for new motorsport initiatives, events, partnerships and asset developments, including market research, demand analysis and financial modelling
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Development, Asset Management, Procurement, Legal, Finance and external consultants to ensure programme milestones are achieved
Support operator procurement activities, including preparation of RFP documentation, governance papers, evaluation processes and operator mobilisation programmes
Assist in the management of international motorsport events and rights holder relationships, supporting event planning, operational readiness and commercial coordination
Support the management of strategic IP partnerships and commercial initiatives, monitoring contractual obligations, partner deliverables and activation programmes
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, business cases and Executive Committee materials to support strategic decision-making
Maintain programme plans, action trackers, risk registers and governance documentation, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the successful delivery of the Motorsport Strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, motorsport, sports, entertainment, destination development, or a related field
