Key Responsibilities:   Process & System Automation * Lead development, automation, and ongoing maintenance of sales governance systems and workflows. * Drive digitisation to improve efficiency, transparency, and auditability of sales governance activities in Sales Advisory Process, Sales Supervision & Validation and ongoing development of sales representatives and supervisors  * Partner with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Training, and Technology teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.   Sales Advisory Process * Design and govern end‑to‑end sales advisory processes, including needs analysis, product suitability, disclosures, and documentation. * Ensure consistent implementation of advisory standards across all sales channels through the sales advisory tool   Sales Supervision & Validation * Support in the development supervisory and validation frameworks, including quality assurance and post‑sales reviews. * Monitor and analyse sales conduct trends to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.   Coaching & Sales Capability * Support in automating the governance standards for coaching, performance management, and ongoing development of sales representatives and supervisors  * Embed structured coaching frameworks and track effectiveness through defined metrics and tools in development of the tool.
