JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for site-wide consumer safety and quality systems. The position will play a critical role in the deployment of Quality assurance and strategic Quality maintenance plans and drive improvement in product quality. In addition, this role facilitates the development of policies and systems which are aligned to TMICC’s corporate policies and implements and upgrades these systems via a systematic continuous improvement approach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and maintain Quality systems for the site, in compliance with TMICC Policies/Guidelines and Governmental regulatory requirements. To provide technical information/advise/feedback, to Customers and other departments, on product inquiries or complaints, process troubleshooting and TMICC policies and guidelines. Protect the company from possible financial loss due to sub-standard ingredients and packaging material through effective testing and sampling programs. Ensure that all products meet or surpass defined standards of quality by developing, implementing, and monitoring an effective Quality Program to the HACCP standard and ICQMS Standards Drive continuous improvement through Quality excellence program starting from source to deliver. Coordinate with relevant company stakeholders and business partners to drive Quality improvements and on time project execution. Assist production in root cause analysis and complex problem solving in the case of any Quality incident to prevent further risk or an re-occurrence. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: SKILLS: Knowledge of IC QMS HACCP, GMP, & Quality Regulations. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver change activities End-to-end project management Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: 4-5 years’ experience in a plant environment with strong exposure to Quality, Consumer Safety and Environmental management systems.
