Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Assistant Manager-Quality Management. This role will enable you to be the voice of independence for the customer by working in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders to effectively monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures and gates in relation to product & processes to ensure the company meets the required quality guidelines stipulated by the customer & brands. Key Responsibilities: * Be the independent voice for the customer by organizing regular meetings, sharing product information, providing solutions for quality-related issues, and convincing or influencing internal stakeholders to ensure teams follow stringent customer guidelines and technical parameters for the successful execution of quality audits. * Identify and drive new process improvement and innovative solutions using new technologies for the respective manufacturing facility to improve quality management standards. * Demonstrate ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that product meets the required standards & expectations as per customer specifications. * Conduct trainings and knowledge sharing sessions with the Customer Certified Auditors (CCA’s) to keep teams updated on customer requirements to ensure quality products are maintained. * Ensure Quality engineering preventive measures are taken whilst maintaining effective communication and follow up measures when liaising with cross functional teams during Pre Production Activities (PPA) and Manufacturing Activities to achieve set customer guidelines and department KPI’s. * Regularly connect with Value Stream Managers, Industrial Engineers and other relevant Managers at product integration process gates and take initiatives to improve processes to maintain product quality standards set by the division. * Together with the Head of Quality Management, Monitor team performance, provide performance improvement feedback, identify skill gaps and development plans, to ensure teams are fully equipped with the skills and know how to support the achievement of operational excellence and set goals. * Work in collaboration sub contracted Quality teams to ensure customer guidelines are clearly articulated and followed through enabling customer satisfaction. * Together with acquired understanding of customer and consumer requirements, develop SOPs and standard work sheets to error proof processes and streamline operations. Qualifications: * A Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Mathematics  * 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity  * Product oriented with an attention to detail  * Strong interpersonal & communication skills  * Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager will act as the independent voice for the customer by monitoring quality control procedures and influencing internal stakeholders to meet stringent guidelines.
