We are helping our client to look for a dedicated and organised leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. You will aid in leading, guiding and motivating the service team while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, with prior supervisory or assistant manager experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-concept environment.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant concepts.
  • Lead, train, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest relations professionally, resolving feedback and ensuring memorable dining experiences.
  • Monitor floor performance, staff allocation, and service flow for efficiency.
  • Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to maintain smooth coordination.
  • Assist in stock management, rostering, and cost control measures.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with company policies.
