JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This position involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and assisting in the overall management of the restaurant to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience for guests.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in food service management, including experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments.
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Experience in staff training, development, and team management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hospitality management and customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management practices, including food production, culinary experience, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
