JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management team to ensure smooth operations within our pizzeria / restaurant. This position requires prior experience of working in a restaurant, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in pizzeria / restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong time management abilities with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sales management techniques and customer relationship management.
