Hairy Cow Brewing Company in Byron is looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. We are a locally owned craft brewpub that takes pride not only in our great beer, cocktails, and food, but also in creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the brewpub.
• Supervise and support staff including bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house operations.
• Help manage ordering, inventory, and stocking.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.
• Step into leadership roles when the GM is unavailable.
