JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager in a quick service or fast food environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
  • Experience with fine dining or casual dining establishments is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience in training & development of staff members.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
