Leading shifts across the restaurant, bar and immersive entertainment operation
Delegating tasks and managing the team effectively
Supporting the GM with the day-to-day running of the venue
Taking charge of the venue in the GM’s absence
Ensuring excellent customer service and a great overall experience

Coaching, supporting and motivating team members
