You’re a key team player reporting to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the rest of the restaurant team. You’re involved in many aspects of the restaurant, which means you’ll be a cut above the rest. You’ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. You’ll bring professional, enthusiastic leadership each day; and contribute in setting our restaurants apart while maintaining a warm, welcoming and rave worthy guest experience! The Day to Day: You're a leader who enjoys creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wine You contribute, alongside your fellow management team, to all aspects of the restaurant including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, conducting inventories, scheduling, overall productivity of the restaurant, conducting Health and Safety meetings.
