You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams ensuring our hotel stays competitive and profitable. You will be a part of our revenue management community of practice, receive mentorship support and career development opportunities as you grow in your role as a Heartist®. Key Responsibilities: Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies. Conduct daily revenue management operations, including rate and inventory management. Analyze performance data and generate insightful reports. Prepare materials for the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meeting. Help create short- and long-term topline revenue forecasts. Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to enhance revenue performance. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IDeaS Revenue Management Platform. Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team. Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR. Develop a solid understanding of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.
