Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Align key Compensation & Benefits programs across all locations and provide guidelines for regional/local stakeholders to execute the programs in the respective areas. Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input. Perform job evaluation and job mapping exercise when it is deemed necessary. Support in the refreshment of salary ranges for all roles globally for the purpose of hiring, annual increases, and talent management. Manage global annual performance review cycle, salary increase, performance bonus and promotion exercises. Manage the renewal of applicable benefits programs. Ensure that total rewards practices comply with local laws and regulations of each country of employment. Acts as a point of contact for global mobility of key talent movements and ensure management of data. Oversee international mobility programs, including expatriate assignments Coordinate logistics for international moves with regional/local HR teams. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally with HR business partnering experience. Experience in rewards management including total rewards strategy development, job evaluation, benchmarking / job pricing, design (compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, etc.) and international mobility. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated success in partnering across all HR functions with strong delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
