About the role We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational assistance and support to our fabulous team in Cessnock. Working closely with your team you'll ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia! Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders. Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies A bit about you Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded Why join Rexel?
