Description We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Motivate employees to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to employees. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
