Super Star Car Wash is looking for driven, dynamic leaders with management experience and a passion for inspiring teams! Our Manager in Training program is designed to provide hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations, equipping you with the skills to step confidently into an Assistant Manager or General Manager role.
From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in our operations, learning the business from the ground up. As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, mastering day-to-day management and driving the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
  • Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
  • Schedule: Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
