JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both venues. This is a hands-on position where leadership, initiative, and attention to detail are key.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience supervising or managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred (hospitality/nightlife experience preferred).
  • A valid Personal Licence will be required for this role. If you are not already a personal licence holder, the company can support your training and application process if other criteria are met.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A passion for nightlife, entertainment, and delivering top-tier experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of venue operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of up to 20 staff members.
  • Take full responsibility for the venue in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Organise and assist in planning and executing a variety of events.
  • Deliver effective training and development to team members.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment for staff and guests.
  • Oversee cash handling, stock control, and adherence to licensing laws and company policies.
