Lead and manage the team of Registered Safety Officers for Service. Coordinate and manage the database of Work Instruction. Develop safety programs and audit plans and implement them with a view to cultivate a strong safety culture with zero serious incidents and fatality Conduct Safety Training programs and deliver training to employees and subcontractors Evaluate, maintain and review the EH&S management system to ensure the EH&S policy and procedure are carried out efficiently. Lead and conduct incident investigation, safety audit and site inspection to ensure the compliance of local law and in-house requirements.
