Job Description Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports Organize and conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as needed Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments Mentor and support junior sales team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset Knowledge of local market trends and business practices in Visakhapatnam Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
