The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is comfortable working with sales goals, incentives, and membership conversions. Key Responsibilities Support the Spa Manager in daily operations, staff leadership, and overall spa performance Drive sales, customer service excellence, and membership growth Maintain a minimum monthly membership conversion rate of 15% Coach and motivate front desk associates to meet individual and team goals Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally Monitor schedules, handle shift coverage, and assist with staff training and development Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards Accurately handle POS transactions, reporting, and operational tasks Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience working with commissions, incentives, and performance metrics Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional demeanor with a passion for wellness and customer care Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $17 per hour Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses Commission on select products and membership sales Opportunities for career growth within Hand & Stone Employee discounts on services and products Why Join Hand & Stone?
