OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a motivated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail management.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

· Meet Woof Gang Bakery Prosperstore operating policies and standards, including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products, cash handling, and store safety and security
· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
· Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays
· Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with pet parents
· At least one (1) year of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the functions of four (4) or more employees
