JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team selling high end evening wear, bridesmaid and prom gowns .
You must have relevant retail experience and be energetic , confident and well spoken as in this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As part of the management team you will be responsible for managing other staff , achieving store sales targets and reporting to the senior managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service in a senior role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
• A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences as well as a genuine love for the product .
