Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store
- Manage and motivate a team of retail associates
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet customer demand
- Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations
- Knowledge of stock management principles and ability to analyze market trends
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
