JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Assistant Manager to join our team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service in our pub.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• kitchen skills would be great
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
• Previous experience in this industry even if is a supervisor one.
• Proficiency in sales management and ability to drive sales
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide the retail team–ppeerrssoononnaall.l..lliicceennccencenceiclili.l.l
• Familiarity with administrative tasks and basic retail operations
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customers
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication.
