Opalshine Technology Ltd. is an innovative dental lab based in Burnaby. We specialize in dental products, 3D printing, and customized solutions for dental clinics and labs. We are looking for a Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required, other languages are an asset.
  • Experience in event planning, trade shows, or offline promotions is highly desirable.
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing is required.
  • Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and offline marketing events to promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other team to generate leads and support business development.
  • Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital/print content) and manage company branding.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content.
