WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of real estate sales (Residential real estate sales experience preferred).
  • Strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate developer environment.
  • Extensive experience and thorough understanding of the GCC and UAE real estate market.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Able to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract investors and buyers, driving revenue growth.
  • Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors to

generate long-term business opportunities.

  • Conduct client meetings to present real estate opportunities and address investment needs.
  • Understand client preferences and requirements to recommend suitable properties.
  • Guide buyers through property visits and inspections, providing expert insights on value and

suitability.

  • Oversee deal closings, ensuring seamless document signing and fund disbursement.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify potential investors and secure brokerage deals.
  • Maintain high performance standards to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Foster open communication with team members and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the customer affairs team to enhance client support and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in special promotions, sales exhibitions, and industry events.
