For more info visit: https://www.staubli.com/en-in/ Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities: ➢ Real-time assessment of our PTD business position in the defined territory (i.e., SWOT analysis, customer needs and expectations, market share, revenue, customer input, competition, etc.) ➢ Creation of a solid business plan and on-going activity plan. Create Sales plan and Implement the Sales strategy ➢ Execution of all sales processes and strategies. ➢ Accurate sales forecasting. Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions ➢ Need to manage the existing customers, visit existing clients, and develop relationships. ➢ Need to develop new customers, OEMs in Energy market segments ➢ Participate and take complete responsibility of product promotions through exhibitions, seminars, conferences, presentations etc. ➢ Achieve the Sales targets and goals set for the PTD segment. ➢ Ability to propose realistic technical solutions to meet customer’s requirements. ➢ Ability to manage the long sales cycle from initial contact to first order, steps both technical and sales related that need to be addressed one by one. Qualifications B.E./B. Tech. – Electrical stream 6+ years of Industrial Sales Experience handling Electrical Connectors or related Electrical products. Significant experience of working with Switchgear Industry and Power Transmission and Distribution/ Energy markets. Additional Information TARGET INDUSTRIES AND COMPANIES -CONNECTIVITY SOLUTIONS Technical ➢ Good knowledge of Electrical Connectors & related Electrical products market in the Electrical Power segment. ➢ Expertise in selling Electrical products to Energy market segments ➢ Strong commercial awareness. ➢ Knowledge of working with Sales CRM and taking care of reporting Behavioral Behavioral ➢ Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills ➢ Customer focused and Adept in Customer interfacing skills, able to establish relations with the Internal and external stakeholders ➢ Strong organizational skills ➢ Strategic Thinking skills ➢ Highly motivated, driven and result oriented ➢ Excellent team management & influencing skills #LI-PB1
