We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team. Hiring for Schedule: Mon 11am-7pm, Tues 11am-7pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 11am-7pm, Sat 11am-7pm, Sun 10am-6pm What You’ll Do Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service Support and coach team members Manage supplies and product organization Drive membership and retail sales Coordinate group events and social media content Open and close the salon as a key holder What You’ll Love $18–$22/hr based on experience and performance Medical benefits Free monthly blowouts + retail discounts Commission on membership sales Growth opportunities and ongoing training What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
