REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience on management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A passion for Italian food and culture is highly desirable
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a genuine love for Italian cuisine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen to optimize service flow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the General Manager in administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
