Description

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunities available to join the Valuation and Financial Modelling team within our Deal Advisory department. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of commercial awareness and attention to detail. This role provides strong candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of a rapidly growing area of the business, and offers highly attractive career development and progression opportunities. The day-to-day role will comprise of the following activities: * preparation and completion of accurate financial models and sophisticated valuation analyses to support corporates and other clients; * writing valuation reports and presentations; * valuation related research; * audit support and tax valuations; * transaction modelling (including valuations and option appraisals); * financial forecasting and scenario modelling; * developing data models to support modelling and analytics deliverables; * using analytical and visualisation software such as Copilot, Tableau, Power BI etc; * liaising with clients, private equity firms, financial institutions and solicitors; and * client interaction, preparation of deliverables and engagement on multiple projects across different geographies; * preparation of marketing and thought leadership materials The successful candidate will be and possess: * analytical aptitude and possessing a high calibre foundation understanding of financial statements and various methodologies (such as DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, etc.); * proficiency at financial modelling with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to write concise and perceptive written reports; * strong communication skills and experience interacting with teammates and clients; * strong academic profile, accountancy qualification, ACA, ACCA, CFA etc are advantageous but not required.
