Job Description Customer complaints 8 D Analysis. Ensuring customer complaints are analyzed through 8D process, Performing risk-based system audits, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) Management Representative for ISO 9001: 2015 Ensuring compliance, Quality reporting via cockpit charts, Tracking & Reporting defect cost, Analysis to the root cause and ensure corrective actions. ISO documentation. Responsible for ISO/CDQ/Internal audits, Management Review Meetings, Monthly Quality Meetings, Calibration and Wissintra upkeep. Calibration of all measuring Instruments Qualifications Educational Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 8/5 years of industry experience Professional Experience : Have a professional ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. Has worked as an Management Representative in the present role and co-ordinated Internal/External Audits Good knowledge on problem solving tools like, Why Why Analysis, Fish bone diagram, Paret Analysis. Experience in machine building industry and has a basic understanding of Final Inspection of Machines Knowledge of CE standards, Machinery Directives Has performed Internal Audits(ISO 9001:2015) independently of various functions in an organization.
