Your responsibilities also include processing the monthly recall allowances, coordinating training administration, managing vendor services (carpark and canteen), and overseeing the taxi service arrangements for shift officers. You will serve as a key point of contact for various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate records.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in operations or facilities management
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and handling time-sensitive operational matters
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks with accuracy and minimal oversight
  • Experience in government procurement, vendor management, or budget coordination would be an advantage
    Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal
