    The Opportunity
    Based in Shepparton and reporting to the Branch Manager, this full-time position is a hands-on role that plays a key part in launching and growing our newest location.

YOU’LL BE TRUSTED TO:

  • Deliver reliable, solution-focused service to walk-in and phone-based customers
  • Manage stock, maintain tidy displays, and assist with inventory control
  • Provide technical product support and advice
  • Build strong supplier and customer relationships
    You’ll be the face of the branch and a key contributor to its daily success. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently and keeping things running smoothly without needing constant direction.
    About You
    This isn’t just a retail counter role—we’re looking for someone with real capability and a drive to take ownership.

YOU MIGHT ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Trade counter or technical retail sales
  • Agricultural, domestic or industrial pumps, irrigation or filtration systems
  • Managing orders, inventory and customer enquiries
  • Forklift operation (or be willing to get licensed—we can assist)
    We’ll also provide training and support in basic irrigation design for the right candidate. But this role does require someone who genuinely enjoys learning how things work and takes pride in doing things well.
