Description

Part of the team in supporting engagement of potential partners in the sector, grant calls and co-development of programmes to be implemented in various community care settings and active ageing centres (AACs):

  • Identify potential partners with capacity to drive senior learning and volunteerism programmes and onboard them to the programmes.
  • Support expansion plans to bring senior learning and volunteerism programmes into AACs and community care settings.
  • Account manager for partners with responsibilities covering regular engagement on challenges and issues in meeting KPIs, mitigate challenges that are within our control and verification of claim documents and reports.
  • Track and monitor the achievements of programmes, analyse the data and generate regular reports.
  • Support team to improve the progress reporting and operational processes for better efficiency.
  • Support evaluation of next funding tranches, including administration of any relevant surveys / focus groups to support evaluation.
  • Review senior demand for the programmes and support curation of programme content to better meet the needs of seniors.
  • Support planning and execution of partner engagement sessions, including a Community of Practice platform, to gather feedback on ground issues / challenges.
  • Portfolio may be expanded to include other fund administration functions and programmes as required by division.

Job Requirements

  • A good bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 1 years of working/internship experience
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Able to work well independently and in teams.
  • Good interpersonal, writing and communication skills to engage and interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments within set datelines.
  • Display willingness to learn and collaborate with other divisions and be able to think through analytically on challenges / assigned tasks and provide constructive inputs to improve work processes.
  • Resilient and able to adapt in a dynamic environment
