Job Description Social Media Management Design and execute captivating social media campaigns that reflect Fairmont Mumbai’s luxury brand identity across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter. Curate and schedule engaging content including visuals, stories, and guest experiences to drive awareness and engagement. Analyze social media metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance and report insights to senior management. Manage online guest interactions with a professional and personalized approach to enhance brand loyalty. Collaborate with influencers, luxury lifestyle partners, and internal teams to amplify Fairmont’s digital presence. Brand Strategy Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies that align with Fairmont’s global standards and local market positioning. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and on-property collateral. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities for brand growth. Support campaign planning for hotel promotions, seasonal offers, and unique guest experiences. Event Coordination Plan and execute high-profile events including guest receptions, corporate functions, luxury brand partnerships, and cultural activations that embody the Fairmont ethos. Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination, venue setup, budgeting, and staffing, ensuring seamless delivery. Develop event marketing materials and promotional content in collaboration with the creative team. Oversee post-event evaluations to measure success and implement improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in social media, brand management, or event planning. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
