Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations such as housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, and waste management to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise housekeeping, janitorial, pantry, horticulture, and security teams. Ensure SLA/SOP compliance through routine inspections. Manage vendor performance, manpower deployment, and staff discipline. Handle client escalations and coordinate with internal teams. Maintain consumables inventory and support cost control. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations reports. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
