Assistant Facilities Manager – Soft Services Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru Role Summary The Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) – Soft Services will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality soft services operations across the site. The role ensures seamless execution of housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, and other facility services while maintaining compliance with client standards and JLL policies. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, and pest control Ensure service delivery as per SLA/KPI standards and client expectations Supervise and manage vendor partners, including manpower planning and performance monitoring Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and quality checks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (EHS) Drive initiatives for cost optimization and process improvements Manage client interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction Monitor consumables, inventory, and budget adherence Maintain reports, MIS, and documentation in line with organizational requirements Support implementation of sustainability and waste management practices Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field preferred) 7+ years of experience in facility management (soft services) Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, vendor management, and client handling Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in corporate/commercial real estate environments preferred Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools Skills & Competencies Client-centric approach Attention to detail and quality focus Strong leadership and team management Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to work in a dynamic environment Why Join JLL?
