What this role involves… The position calls for excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. This role asks to be a lead to support sales pursuits and competitive renewals. You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentations, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution. This role has a duo coverage with approximately 70% of the time spent on crafting service solutions, coordinating and preparing service proposals, presentation material and documents for RFP responses and leading client pitches. This includes supporting SEA Sales Leads in identifying and follow up on leads and opportunities, pursue and win new assignments, to achieve growth and revenue targets for the business. The other 30% of the time is driving sales and client engagement with major focus on Workplace Management products by working closely with the SEA Sales Lead and Country Account Lead to drive high win rates and conversion of new business. This position reports directly to the SEA Head of Solutions and Proposal, with a secondary reporting line to a Singapore team manager in a matrix organization structure. You will be working primarily with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation software. Hence you will need to possess high level of proficiency in these tools with good command of the English written language. What are the key responsibilities? You’ll be a person that collaborates well with others regardless of role, business unit or location. Partner with key stakeholders, mainly various SEA Sales Leads and other Solution & Proposal team members to provide tailored, competitive solutions and proposal material for qualified requests. On day-to-day basis, you will lead client pitches, craft service solutions, coordinating and preparing service proposals, presentation material and documents for RFP responses. You will be the main point-of-contact for solutions and proposal in the country. Manage and drive the Proposal Process such as: Develop proposal strategies to drive successful and competitive submissions. Collaborate with various teams including sales, pricing, solution management, leadership, internal SMEs, and in-country teams to ensure the development of compliant, compelling, and cohesive proposals. Utilize experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure on-time delivery of fully compliant proposals. Analyze bid documents such as RFI, RFQ, RFPs to identify requirements and create proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and development plans. Implement technology tools and Agile methodology, such as JLL GPT and collaborative tools, to optimize content creation, improve collateral accessibility, and enhance Solution & Proposal processes. Work closely with the core pursuit team (sales, solutions, and pricing) to assign authors, integrate win strategy, themes, and value proposition into proposals. Ensure the quality of proposals through rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents, and maintain high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables. Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions. Conduct and document lessons learned from proposals and implement process improvements. Maintain ongoing communication and facilitate a smooth handoff to the Delivery and Operations teams for successful proposals. In addition Participate as part of the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions & best practices across the business. Champion proposal best practice Monitor & highlight continuous improvement and development opportunities Maintain proposal & presentation library including baselines, case studies and business cases / Commercials/ CV’s / Capability Statements Track ongoing activity and Win/Loss metrics on supported proposals Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience) in Business development, Solution Development, Account Management, Facilities Management and/or Bid Management preferably within the real estate industry A strong operational background in Real Estate (either in Project Management, Facilities Management, Research & Consulting, Property Management etc.), and/or experience supporting the Sales/RFP process at a local or regional level will be a plus Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in Thai and English Language, coupled with strong influencing skills Highly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
