We are looking for a highly motivated Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at our Indianapolis, IN location!
Sparkling Image Car Wash is one of the nation’s largest full-service car wash companies, operating full-service car washes, detail centers & lube centers under Sparkling Image, Eager Beaver and Sparkling Image Express Oil Change brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open schedule availability with full time hours including weekends.
• Outgoing personality with ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people and conflict resolutions skills.
• Desire to grow and develop professionally within the company.
• Must be 18+ to apply.
• A valid state drivers license

• Manage high volume activity in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Assist with monitoring speed, quality, and maintaining service standards.
• Constant employee delegations on tasks and follow through on results.
• Responsible for overall store safety, cleanliness, and employee performance.
• Lead a large group of employees each day while setting high expectations.
• Provide a timely impressive service experience for our customers.
