We are looking for someone special with a keen eye for detail, who connects brilliantly with people; someone who will help us lead our small and independently spirited teams; someone with enthusiasm and drive, who genuinely loves customer service and all that it entails.
You will need some supervisory experience in a similar busy hospitality environment, ideally working with quality coffee and food. When not helping to manage the store, you will also be making coffee, so some barista experience in a similar quality coffee environment will be needed. Your responsibilities will also include general customer service on the floor, managing the team on the Managers days off, ordering stock, cashing up, store opening and closing and some store cleaning.
