Job Description JD Reference number: PSENSEP238 Manage customer escalation towards System application and calibration issues and providing quick fixes Notify escalation of critical barriers and Regular tracking & reporting of project topics. Manage Technical Interface related Sales PjM, PRM DNOx System, Component, ECU, SW and Calibration and EGT Subproject Manager to ensure on-time customer deliverables Manage Technical Interface related DNOx System, Component, ECU, SW and Calibration and EGT Subproject Manager Define, implement and check system calibration and installation in customer projects meeting project/application requirement. Ensure deployment of LL's and experience from platform is taken care Monitor all critical SW updates during development and bug fixes and ensure deployment of necessary FC/BC with proper calibration adaption. Define Trouble shooting guidelines and Ensure assessment of Calibration Data Management - iCDM, vCDM, PACO. Monitor and Ensure System Specific Data - SSD, cSSD, SSDeReV and Diagnostic system monitoring to meet system function as intended Define the system release condition based on the system verification and validation in test bench and vehicle Competency Requirement: Advance knowledge in software development and calibration activities - Hydraulics, device drivers, plausibility etc. Advance knowledge in control systems, SW calibration & testing Advance knowledge of auto component life cycle management process Advance knowledge in emission legislation and requirements on exhaust gas after treatment systems Advance knowledge on IC engine powertrain, exhaust gas after treatment systems and components (e.g. Denoxtronic, Departronic) Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive) Additional Information Preference with instrumentation experience needed. Knowledge of data acquisition hardware and software, NI, Matlab, Python ...etc is preferred. Knowledge in developing new instrumentation setup for special tests.
