THE ROLE:

We’re on the lookout for a Retail Assistant Store Manager who embodies our core values: committed, caring, and considerate. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to inspire your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving performance and standards across the board.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products.
• Take full accountability for the store’s performance including sales, stock, waste, staffing, and compliance.
• Foster a caring and supportive team environment, ensuring team members feel valued, motivated, and developed.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with area and support teams to continuously improve store performance.
• Be a visible leader on the shop floor—serving customers, coaching staff, and solving problems as they arise.
