Description
Responsibilities Oversee the operations of MTR Station car parks, including parking revenue, cost control, day-to-day CS enquiries and support for business opportunities for other new potential income Formulate pricing strategy and propose the parking rates for station car parks to reflect the market value of the car parks Liaise with different internal and external stakeholders including station operations, car park operators, maintenance contractors / suppliers to ensure customer experience and execution excellence Oversee Carpark Real Time function on the MTR Mobile App and responsible for service recovery and stakeholder management Plan, liaise and coordinate with stakeholders on system upgrades to offer smart parking solutions, including seamless parking and integrated payment options Manage Contractors, covering compliance and safety requirements, performance monitoring, tendering process, maintenance and service enhancement Requirements Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Operation Management or a related discipline A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level Experience in car park management and operation will be an advantage Knowledge of design guideline / requirement of building / setup a new car park Strong business acumen with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must Agile, adaptive, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a great sense of ownership Remarks Appointment will be made on one-year contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
