Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We currently have a full-time position available for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team based in Pakenham. Assistant Store Managers are the key support management role in store and work hand in hand with the leadership to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Ideal if you have a retail, sales or hospitality background
  • Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role - training is provided
  • Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
  • Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
