Job Purpose Nilaya Anthology is an international experience center in Mumbai from Asian Paints which offers luxury furniture, bath, kitchen, lights, wardrobes etc. As a Business Development Manager for Nilaya Anthology, you will be based in non-Mumbai location (Hyderabad/Bangalore/Ahmedabad) to generate sales and manage architect relationship for your city. Your primary focus will be on generating queries and converting them into lucrative business opportunities.   Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas Key Performance Indicators Relationship building ~ cultivate strong, long-term relationships with architects and interior designers through visits and regular communication, networking events and industry engagements ~ Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. Business Generation ~ Proactively identify and pursue new Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with architects and interior designers to understand their project needs and preferences. ~ Collaborate with the sales and design teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the specific requirements of clients. ~ This is a Business Development role so there will be sales targets Market Intelligence ~ Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth. ~ Analyse market data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.   Pipeline Management   ~ Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects by accurately tracking and managing leads, inquiries, and opportunities through our CRM system. ~ Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.  ~Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including retail sales, marketing, design, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives. ~Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to deliver seamless and exceptional service to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
