We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong understanding of retail sales processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures; experience with budgeting is a plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management, training & development, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for pricing and budgeting purposes.
