QUALIFICATIONS:

• Branch II Field Representative license (required)
• Branch III license (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years pest control experience
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train, and lead a team
• Basic computer, email, and word processing skills
• Clean driving record, background check, and drug screening required

• Lead by example, promoting company values, vision, and culture
• Oversee and support technicians in scheduling, preparation, and daily operations
• Ensure team readiness (vehicles, uniforms, materials, and equipment)
• Provide training, coaching, and continuing education for staff
• Resolve customer and team issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting monthly performance goals
• Identify sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Ensure compliance with all State regulations and safety procedures
