Description Taco John's has a position open for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This full-time position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when the GM is not present. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. Responsibilities
This role supports the General Manager by overseeing daily restaurant operations and taking charge of the restaurant when the GM is absent. Key duties include aiding in hiring and training staff, managing all areas of the restaurant, ensuring food quality, controlling costs, and guaranteeing excellent customer service.
