Description:

As Assistant Manager (TACs and Business Networks), you will play a key role in providing end-to-end support to build and grow SBF’s networks to be forward-looking communities and effective multipliers for businesses through leadership development, mentorship, networking, collaborations and more.
You will support the development and execution of programmes, initiatives and collaborations which are aimed at equipping members with insights, skills and experience, fostering closer communities and strengthening the internal capabilities of TAC Secretariats.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior relevant working experience in the public sector or TACs including stakeholder management will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team player and an independent thinker.

Responsibilities:

  • Programme Development and Management
  • Conduct research and surveys on assigned topics and identify initiatives by other organisations and/or networks that may impact the work that SBF does.
  • Support the rolling out of new initiatives to grow networks of effective multipliers and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with TACs, business leaders and more when opportune for win-win partnerships.
  • Track and report financials of programmes and events.
  • Maintain and update database of TACs and business leaders and engagements with network members.
  1. Committees and Sub-Committees/Task Forces
  • Perform secretariat duties to manage committees and business networks including coordination of meeting dates, preparation of meeting agenda, materials, minutes, proposals and reports.
  • Follow up on workplans with committee/task force members to deliver projects and events.
  • Liaise with committee/task force members.
  1. Event Management
  • Promote and market outreach events across multiple channels including preparation of eDMs and other collaterals.
  • Organise events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, business forums and dialogues, roundtables, study trips, etc, for TACs and business networks.
  • Handle pre and post-events publicity including social media posts.
  • Prepare pre and post-event reports for stakeholders.
  • Support general administrative requests from stakeholders.
  • Handle any other duties as assigned to support goal and/or deliverables of division, department or SBF.
